I use coconut oil for the oil, when making stovetop popcorn! Try! It is tasty ๐ 3 tbs for 1/3 cup of unpopped kernels. Makes nice bowl. I add a little salt (1/4 ts) and a little extra butter (1 ts) mixed after popping. Edit: I looked at your process and recipe over on your site, and you are right! Parmesan cheese added at the end is a great option! I added 1/3 cup of parmesan powder I grated. Notice the recipe is all various values of 3? Easy to remember.
