Verbally served up on a silver platter by Commissioner David Strang quoting chapter and verse of the Code of Ethics that Gary is trying to push onto the Commissioners (to which I say "show them the NH State Statute/RSA that gave you the Power to do so? (hint: it doesn't exist so in this Dillon's Rule State, without a supporting RSA, it is illegal for a mere subdivision of the State to do such a thing).
