It is that time of the year when Geese produce a new crop of young ones. At the Sandpoint, Idaho, beach on Pend Oreille, a large flock of them gathered to enjoy the new green grass. As I wandered among them, they were pretty much unafraid. One Of the Geese decided to confront me, telling me in essence, NOT to come any closer. When satisfied I was not a threat, The Goose turned its back, flapped its wings and went about its business!
