This one is dated. 2015, in fact. As said in the title, this is a variation of the Heaven 6, but it's mostly done for the empty-hand, not with weapons per se. It breaks the monotony of doing the Heaven 6 over and over and over. The rule of thumb is, you should be enjoying your training. If you're not having fun, you tend to forget the training, and eventually stop doing it.
