These are some of the back exercises that I do. I mainly focus on power when I do these, not mainly on strength (even though there is an aspect of it). In training of athleticism, power is needed, not exactly doing things slow. If you're familiar with a Judoka that constantly pulls their belt that's tied around a tree, and they're constantly practicing their Ippon Zeoi (a kind of shoulder throw), then that's the approach, generally speaking. You'll also notice that, all of these exercises are done with specific purposes in mind, not just focusing on the muscle group that I'm targeting. The main goal is to be able to do the [movement] itself explosively on each exercise.
