Jesus was a Nazarene Jew, while it was Saul who was the apostle to the Gentiles, who refused to keep kosher and invented the concept of faith (in Jesus as a semi-divine messiah). But the Church of Saul became more powerful than its parent, and supplanted the Church of Jesus and James. In other words, Christians are following the Church of the enemy of Jesus.
