  • We have a lot of political and racial prisoners in this country, in 2021.... The only solution is to relieve especially the federal Gov from executing the law.... Elected Sheriffs and true juries of peers with an elected judge presiding is the only solution,

  • What a travesty of justice. These men had every right to pursue a suspected criminal and be armed while doing so.. The fact that the suspect tried to dis-arm his pursuers and was shot and killed in the process is just the likely conclusion of such a scenario.

  • This is absurd the black "Jogger, Wandering Construction Site (Inspector)"" grabbed the man's weapon. The "Jogger" is guilty of assault and initiating the physical confrontation. Injustice and Black Racism in action.

  • Imagine if the case was all black people. 3 black people all chase down 1 single unarmed black guy who had no stolen goods on him, and kill him claiming he was snooping around their neighborhood. Those 3 black guys would probably be found guilty too, if u take race out of it, because it would look like gangstalking turf war.

I wanted to put my professor under citizens arrest for trafficking students and extorting them, a felony in the state I was in, and citizen arrest laws would allow it. The police were covering for the professor and benefiting from the scam so I was tempted to arrest him myself. The state laws say you have 72 hours to bring them to the courthouse after citizens arrest. I just avoided the whole situation even though I think it would be technically justified. In my case I never received justice because corrupt government, but at least I didn't end up like these guys with their failed citizens arrest.

  • If you try to put someone under citizen's arrest you have to make sure they live to make it to court. Otherwise, if you kill them while trying to arrest them, it discredits your self-defense claim because you confessed to approaching them with physical attack to arrest them. Killing someone over robbery allegation, when the guy didn't have any stolen goods on him. The black alleged robber never got due process to prove he was a thief, and he is still innocent until proven guilty. They murdered an innocent man who they already ran out of the neighborhood. Sad situation all around if they thought they were doing the right thing.

  • The scene outside the courthouse was just like a scene a hundred-ish years ago when it was again all racially charged wanting to kill a black man because he was black. Nothing has changed. Oh, they just switched blacky for whitey.

Us country boys will just lead you up in the mountains. . ..and. come back alone.
