Documentary filmmaker Robert Kenner examines how mammoth corporations have taken over all aspects of the food chain in the United States, from the farms where our food is grown to the chain restaurants and supermarkets where it's sold. Narrated by author and activist Eric Schlosser, the film features interviews with average Americans about their dietary habits, commentary from food experts like Michael Pollan and unsettling footage shot inside large-scale animal processing plants. This full-feature film was released in 2008.

  • Keep it up.

  • Why no more comments? One-side propaganda hit piece put forth as a documentary.

  • Parts of this documentary were hard to watch, but I made it to the end. That Virginia farmer choosing to stay small in favor of quality vs. $$$ was spot on with his assessment of the situation (lots of real farmer wisdom).

  • This documentary was in 2008. 13 years ago. How come no comments. This is sickening. Something has to be done. GREED is evil.
