First, I do believe fraud was committed. However something does not add up here. How can this company claim they cannot produce the evidence they claim they found in their report? Second this Judge just screwed the people of Arizona big time. Evidently he doesn’t want the truth out by fining them $50,000 a day? Smells Corrupt to me.
