Bill Gates taking CIA operatives through the genetic manipulation of people to eliminate what he (and his handlers) consider to be undesirable traits in certain types of people. This happened 16 years ago. No doubt they will have made considerable "progress" with their plans of which the covid deception is the current iteration.
