After the title song, Change My Mind, comes this song along my journey from stress to rest. I had just said no to a lifestyle where I was trying to prove my worth and a way of thinking that caused me to have stress. In this second song on the Change My Mind album, I start meditating about Jesus' words "Come to me all you who are heavy laden and I will give you rest". It was a great idea and I wanted that rest but I needed to get the breakthrough that came later (see the song Questions).
