If you're not comfortable accelerating past 35 mph, WHY get on the highway? Just take local roads! These idiots that get on highway on-ramps and "acceleration lanes" but never accelerate past 35 mph drive me insane. They leave people behind them with zero space to safely accelerate up to the speed of traffic, vehicles coming up behind have to slam on their brakes, and this is just one of many reasons why there's so many accidents in my area. Ya know... if you put your foot on the gas so that you're able to match the speed of other traffic while in the acceleration/merge lane, it's very very easy and safe to then slip just in front or behind of other vehicles. This is how things are supposed to be done. :) People here are morons, especially Toyota drivers, but also lots of Honda CR-V drivers seem to have issues here as well!
