Why are Joe Biden's U.S. border policies so terrible? Even his own supporters seem bewildered. If he simply wanted more refugees or immigrants, he'd have numerous other, much superior options available to him. The spectacular failure and humanitarian crisis at the border cannot be explained solely in terms of immigration preferences.
