We packed a ton of adventures into our two months of RV life in southwest Florida, and a big highlight was the beaches. We had a bit of travel, being an hour to an hour-and-a-half away, so we packed accordingly and made a day each time we went. 🏖🏖 First up was Sanibel Island, a great spot to hunt sea shells and explore the historic lighthouse! This beach was recommended by a local as a favorite for their kids because of the shells. 🐚🐚🐚 Next up, we visited Siesta Key, and it was amazing! 🏝🤩 😎 The sand was soft, the surf was blue, and the day was epic. We had a neighbor when we lived in our sticks and bricks home who said he’d never visit a different beach than Siesta Key, and after our trip, John said, “I get it!”
