You're not allowed to use the 4 decade old off patent drug called Ivermectin for COVID, nevermind the fact that it's considered an essential drug for humans by the WHO, that something like 4 billion doses have been given with an impeccable safety record, that it's been widely used throughout the rest of the world for COVID with seemingly excellent results especially in India, and costs pennies on the dollar.
