antichrist simply means against and opposed to Christ. Every demon is opposed to Christ and eventually, probably very soon, a physical manifestation of the antichrist will come on the scene as the Word warns.
"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places," (Eph 6:12).
