For my entire career I worked in Learning, Technology, and Information Science. The last 19 years as a university computing professor. Now that I'm retired I have decided to share some of my knowledge and life's experience, together with my daughter Michelle (@Fleecimals) with all of you. Although my career has been based on digital technology, I have always maintained a connection with the analog. With making, repairing, restoring, cooking, growing, etc. so there is always something different here every week!

St. Joseph (San Giuseppe) is the Patron Saint of Sicily. Traditionally, here in the U.S. Itallian American neighborhoods celebrated Festa di San Giuseppe - St. Joseph's Day (March 19th) by setting up “St. Joseph’s Tables” with many foods unique to that meatless feast day and open the house where it was hosted to the poor to come and eat. Most of the dishes were meant to be consumed at room temperature as the table was left set out all day. In this episode I demonstrate an easy way to make one of our favorites of these dishes, "Frosia."
