The helmet is the last piece of armor the soldier puts on. It Physically guards your head; Spiritually guards your mind.

We all know, whether through observation or plain gut-level feeling that there is much more to this world that we are being told. The spiritual nature of this world - the things we cannot see, but obviously affect our surroundings - the 99% that holds the 1% of the visible world we see together. For this spiritual world, we need spiritual protection - the full Armor of God.
