It is still usable in a group, since the Negotiator's Dilemma gear set surrounds on inflicting markers via Critical Hit (hence I have 51% critical chance), and then damage the marked targets at the same time. You can choose to use the backpack, the chest piece, or both. I chose the former because I like doing more damage, whereas the chest piece makes you mark more enemies. Despite that, however, it has a major flaw that the True Patriot build addressed: Ammo. You run out of ammunition quick. So, you tend to be doing a run-n-gun style from the furthest mid-range that you could possibly fire from, and hope that you wouldn't run ammo from the first or second wave of enemies, despite the slow RPM of the Pestilence. Still, it is a fun build to use, provided that you're mindful of your ammo usage.
