During a joint press conference with his counterpart in Minsk, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said NATO ‘reneged on their obligations’ to not station military forces on a permanent basis, adding that Moscow has ‘repeatedly warned NATO that including Ukraine in NATO’s expansion and hostile activities against Russia is unacceptable.’
