Based on a true story: Four boys growing up in Hell's Kitchen do some really stupid shit that leads to a Man getting hurt. Sentenced to no less than one year to a prison for boys that is staffed by pedophile guards called the "Wilkinson Center" in upstate New York, the four best friends lives are changed by the beating, by the humiliation and the sick twisted sexual abuse by the pedophilic guards that are sworn to protect them. Thirteen years later and a chance meeting leads to righteous revenge against the Wilkinson Center and the lead clown, i.e., the sickest guard at Wilkinson.
